1. General Overview
Asusu is a mobile piggy bank platform designed to help individuals and businesses save conveniently. We are registered in Nigeria as Asusu Integrated Services. We provide innovative digital and financial solutions to help you grow your business, save money, invest, and access loans with ease. Our services include Flexible savings plans, Investment opportunities, Loan options, and CAC registration.
2. Registration and Passbook
2.1 Registration: Signing up for Asusu is free of charge.
2.2 Passbook Fee: ₦200 will be charged for the issuance of Passbook.
2.3 Loss of Passbook: If you lose your Passbook, a replacement will cost ₦500.
3. Office Hours
Our offices are open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
4. Savings and Withdrawals
4.1 Savings: You can save daily, weekly, or monthly, as per your selected plan.
4.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawals can be made at any time during office hours, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
4.3 Withdrawal Charges:  We charge;
     3% for withdrawals below ₦20,000,
     2% for Withdrawals from ₦20,000 to ₦49,900,
     1% for withdrawals from ₦50,000 to ₦99,900, and
     0.5% for withdrawals above ₦99,900
(Charges apply per withdrawal, not on overall savings.)
5. Investment
5.1 Investment Plans: Asusu offers a range of investment plans designed to help you grow your wealth. These plans are tailored to suit short-term and long-term financial goals.
5.2 Returns: Returns on investments will vary based on the selected plan and will be communicated during registration.
5.3 Risk Disclaimer: All investments carry a level of risk. Asusu does not guarantee returns and is not liable for losses incurred due to market fluctuations or unforeseen circumstances.
5.4 Investment Withdrawals: Withdrawal of invested funds is subject to the terms and conditions of the specific investment plan chosen.
5.5 Early Withdrawals: You will lose all of your profit for early withdrawals and 3% will be charged on overall investment.
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 You are responsible for keeping your Passbook safe.
6.2 Ensure that your account details are accurate and up-to-date.
6.3 Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
7. Service Limitations
7.1 Asusu reserves the right to modify its services, office hours, charges, or fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
7.2 Asusu is not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as network disruptions or natural disasters.
8. Privacy and Security
Your personal information is handled with the utmost confidentiality in line with the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA). Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
